Use of Professional Products 当サロンでは、ヘッドスパにプロフェッショナル専用製品を使用しております。 頭皮が敏感な方や、すでに頭皮トラブルをお持ちの方は、まれに軽度の刺激を感じる場合がございます。 ご不安な点がある場合は、ご予約前にお気軽にご相談ください。お客様に合った施術をご提案いたします。 We use professional spa products during our treatments. If you have a sensitive scalp or existing scalp concerns, mild irritation may occur in rare cases. Please inform us before your appointment so we can tailor the treatment accordingly. 2. ご来店時間と遅刻について 2. Punctuality & Late Arrivals 施術の前後には、リラックスしていただけるよう余裕をもって時間をお取りしておりますが、 15分以上遅れてご来店された場合は、他のお客様への影響を避けるため、施術時間を短縮させていただくことがございます。 We allow extra time before and after your session for a relaxed experience. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. 3. キャンセルポリシー 3.
