About Head Spa

Head Spa is a relaxation treatment designed to harmonize the flow of energy (Qi) and gently balance the body and mind.
It is not intended as strong massage or pressure therapy, but rather a soothing experience that often leads to deep relaxation or even natural sleep.

For those experiencing a head spa for the first time, or who are new to scalp treatments, there may be a temporary feeling of tension or mild discomfort as the scalp adjusts.

At YOU ZEN, we use the Shiseido SUBLIMIC professional line, offering a thorough cleansing and intensive treatment that goes beyond a standard salon shampoo.
As the scalp environment is purified, some natural hair shedding may occur temporarily, which is a normal process.
Clients who have not washed their hair for more than three days may experience increased sebum release or mild itchiness after the treatment—please let us know in advance if this applies to you.

For those seeking strong or deep-pressure massage, we recommend visiting a general massage salon.
Our Head Spa focuses on gentle rejuvenation and relaxation through the beauty of mindful care.

About Grey Reverse Coloring

• Grey reverse coloring is a technique that embraces and blends gray hair naturally and beautifully.

• Results may vary depending on hair quality, scalp condition, and previous hair treatments.

• We do not guarantee complete color reproduction or long-lasting results.

• Clients with sensitive skin or allergies are encouraged to perform a patch test beforehand.

Part 2｜General Salon Policies

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• All appointments must be booked in advance.

• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a charge of 50–100% of the service fee.

 Late Arrival Policy

• If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened to ensure that we finish at the scheduled end time.

• No refunds or discounts will be offered for shortened treatments due to late arrival.

 

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be given for no-shows, late cancellations, or shortened treatments due to late arrival.

• The same applies when using a gift card.

 

Complaint & Feedback Policy

• Feedback or concerns must be reported on the day of the treatment or within 24 hours after the appointment.

• Refunds or re-treatments are solely at the salon's discretion and are not guaranteed for all complaints.

• We will not respond to unreasonable demands, abusive behavior, or refund claims that fall outside of our policy.

 

Health & Safety Policy

• We may ask about your health condition before providing treatment.

• We reserve the right to decline services if your health condition poses a risk.

• Clients who are pregnant, have skin conditions, or serious illnesses must inform us in advance.
